OPIO Kitchen & Bar offer Delectable International Spread with an Asian Twist

Formally known as Blue Lotus Kitchen + Bar, OPIO Kitchen & Bar located at Alexandra offer delectable international spread with an Asian twist. Before sharing more info about their collaboration with Pacific Northwest happening from 22 Nov 2021, there are a number of dishes that I tried here that impressed me.

Thick and creamy Flambe Seafood Lobster Bisque that will “Wow” you in both visual and taste ($28.00++)



Thin Cut Mala Fries with Parmesan Cheese. The mala had a kick and you will be addicted to it. ($12.00++)


Succulent 48 hours Slow-Roasted Australian Angus Beef Long Ribs (1kg Bone-in) It’s juicy, tender and fall off the bone perfection. Amazing way to cook beef ribs ($52.00++)



Truffle Flavored Fried Rice served in Hot Stone topped with Foie Gras, Chinese Sausage and Pork Lard. Luxurious way to enjoy it ($28.00++)
