The Tartlery - Helmed by inaugural Masterchef Asia 2015 finalist, Sandrian Tan

The Tartlery aims to reinvent classic tart flavours by retaining their time-honoured characteristics while adding a touch of complexity.


These elegant tarts come in a box of four at $35.00 or six coveted creations at $50.00.

1️ *Holy Lemon*: Zesty lemon paired with basil and cones of meringue, the Holy Lemon brings life to the traditionally French dessert.

2️ *Grape Kobo*: Yoghurt and cheese custard, adorned with the finest grapes, dashes of lavender and a drizzle of honey, the Grape Kobo is the embodiment of finesse.

3️ *Stonehenge*: Topped generously with meringue chips, the Stonehenge boasts a winsome combination of velvety smooth vanilla and passionfruit, completed with a touch of mint.

4️ *Samsara*: Inspired by the arthouse film which shares the same moniker, the dessert boasts a nuanced saffron custard-filled, suffused with candied ginger and white chocolate.

5️ *Peary Christmas*: This festive special features mulled wine poached pear and Chantilly cream, elevated with Sandrian’s personal touch of pomegranate seeds and dill.

6️ *Mont Timah*: The Tartlery’s rendition on the French Mont Blanc features a refreshing combination of juicy orange and earthy thyme, crowned with a delightful chestnut puree.

Collaborating with Chá By Land, a tea collector offering exquisite teas carefully selected from the plantations of China, the tarts are paired with the following tea pairings - *Grand Scarlet* & *The Original Breakfast Tea*.
