Oriole Coffee + Bar Launches Festive Truffle Dishes & Delightful Drinks


Truffle Mushroom Pizza ($22.00++) Crispy thin crust pizza dough topped with a aioli base mixed with truffle paste as well as mozzarella cheese and chunks of juicy mushrooms sautéed with truffle oil. Generous handfuls of rocket leaves are scattered across the pizza to balance the rich umami flavours, and the finishing touch before serving is another drizzle with some more truffle oil.


Truffle Scrambled Egg & Cheese Burger ($16.00++) fluffy scrambled egg cooked with truffle oil, paired with smoky and juicy crispy bacon. A buttery brioche bun completes this burger, served with fries and salad. You can upgrade the regular fries to sweet potato fries or truffle fries for an extra $3.00++.



Ravioli with Porcini Mushrooms in Truffle Cream Sauce ($25.00++) Ravioli stuffed with porcini mushrooms is served with a truffle cream sauce, and mixed mushrooms sauteed in truffle oil


The D'leche drink ($12.50++) made with two shots of coffee espresso, warm frothed milk and their own housemade dulce de leche.

A Merry Cocktail ($12.50++) made with a base of cranberry juice to which apple sours, vodka and a housemade bourbon-vanilla syrup is added.


The Santa Shake ($10.50++) has a base of vanilla ice cream, which is mixed with Merlot (red wine) and vodka.
