Ways to enjoy Buchu Kimchi:
- Great on its own with rice, you can even add some KBBQ meat like I did
- With rice and soups like Doenjang-jjigae (Fermented Soybean Paste stew) & 
Seollongtang (Ox Bone soup)
- With a rice and Korean seaweed snack combination
