A taste of Christmas with local delights at Baba Chews Bar & Eatery located at Hotel Indigo Katong Singapore

Exquisite gourmet dishes with familiar local ingredients, Baba Chews at Hotel Indigo Katong Singapore offer a variety of festive Modern-Singaporean (Mod-Sin) takeout delicacies to enjoy at home, prepared with love and joy.

Angus Beef Wellington with Burgundy wine sauce ($98.00+), Thick and juicy fillet of Angus beef loin, sautéed wild mushroom wrapped in the classic crispy puff pastry shell and topped with sweet onion burgundy wine sauce.



Chicken Rendang Lasagna ($78.00+ for 4 to 6 pax). Each layer of the lasagna is alternated with several layers of semolina pasta sheets, mozzarella cheese and flavourful minced chicken.




BABA Jumbo Duroc Pork Satay ($60.00+/ $120.00+), which comes in either six or 12 sticks of grilled marinated duroc pork chunks skewer with juicy pineapples, onions, crispy rice crackers and spicy peanut sauce


*NEW* Sous-Vide Kings Salmon with Thai Siracha cream sauce ($98.00+ for a kilogram pre-cooked) The King Salmon is cooked at a low temperature for a tender texture, with a hint of Thai siracha cream and served with sweet onion and root vegetables.



Signature "Kopi-C" flavoured BBQ Pork Spareribs ($65.00+ for a full slab) is back this year. Tender roasted St. Louis pork spareribs are glazed with our house-made “Kopi-C” sauce, adding a distinct local taste, and served with a raisin Asian "coleslaw”.



X'mas"Char Siew" Glazed Pork Ham (pre-cooked 2kg) ($85.00+ for 6 to 8 pax) Honey pork ham glazed with a distinctive char siew sauce, which provides a savory taste and texture, and is served with XO Crabmeat Fried Rice on the side.


*NEW* Coconut Blackberry Igloo Cake ($65.00+ for 900g). An Igloo-shaped coconut lime sponge cake tiered with coconut mousse and blackberry lime gel.


Chendol Yule Log cake ($70.00+ for 1kg), Fine red bean mousse mixed with Gula Melaka and coconut milk, Layered with pandan sponge, Chendol jelly and grated coconut crumble.


Early Bird Special
An Early Bird Special of 10% will be applicable for orders made by 16th December 2021. Collection will be available from 1st to 25th December 2021, 12pm to 7pm between Wednesday and Sunday, with three working days’ advance order required.
