to holiday favourites Maple Pecan Pie and Pumpkin Cheese Cake.
The signature Sunday Brunch showcases an expanded menu with
Poached Boston Lobster alongside hot specialties including Baked Oysters,
Roasted Beef Tomahawk, Lobster Thermidor and more! Specially for Sunday Brunch,
diners may also enjoy free flow champagne, wine and beer at a supplement of
$60++ per person.
Over the Christmas weekend and New Year’s Eve, the
celebrations at Beach Road Kitchen are further elevated with a luxurious spread
highlighted by specials including Norwegian Salmon Wellington, Roasted Truffle
Duck with Black Lentil and Truffle Jus, Pan Seared Foie Gras with Cranberry
Coulis as well as Chef’s specialty passarounds highlighted by Salt Crusted
Barramundi with Coconut Beurre Blanc.
