JUMBO Group’s opens their latest dining concept, JUMBO
Signature at The Shoppes at Marina Bay Sands. You can now enjoy the signature
dishes from JUMBO Group multi dining concept (Zui Teochew Cuisine, JUMBO
Seafood, NG AH SIO Bak Kut The, etc) in one roof.
The Signature Ala-Carte Menu is available, but I would
highly recommended to go for their Eight-course “The Signature Tasting Menu”
available at $158.00++ per pax) which it includes Starter, Soup, Choice of
Main, Vegetable, Rice / Noodles and Dessert. The tasting menu lets you enjoys
the best of the best Singaporean dishes through a wide spectrum of flavours.
STARTER
Chilled Hand-Shredded Live Australian Lobster with Fruit
Salad in Sesame Dressing. This dish is gorgeous, perfect way to start offer the
Tasting Menu.
Shelled Prawns Fried with Seaweed and Pork Floss. Aromatic
crispy prawn with seaweed and pork floss, its very addictive.
Scallop Wrapped in Yam Ring. Petite size Yam Ring that is
rich and creamy
SOUP
Collagen Soup with Fish Maw and Bamboo Pith. One of the best
collagen soup that I had, gao gao collagen soup and extremely flavourful.
Choice of MAIN
Chilli Mud Crab with a Choice of Body (+$10.00) or Pincer
(+$20.00) served with deep-fried golden brown ‘Man Tou’. What I had is the
Pincer and the best part is it was de-shell that I can enjoy it without
cracking it.
Choice of VEGETABLE
Sliced Luffa Melon in Collagen Soup. The luffa melon is meticulously
hand-sliced into thin noodles drizzled with collagen soup that is is rich and
creamy.

hand-shelled crab meats, Botan ebi and fluffy jasmine rice sits in a hot shone
bowl while umani prawn broth is poured directly in it. This is damn good! On
the side, enjoy the lightly fried crispy botan ebi prawn head seasoned with
salt and pepper for flavour
