Griglia Open Fire Italian Kitchen - Meat, Fish and Seafood Cooked with Cast Iron Charcoal Grill

Griglia Open Fire Italian Kitchen is a contemporary Italian grill restaurant inspired by summer outdoor grill known as the Grigliata. Beloved by Italians, Grigliata is the outdoor grill cook-out where guests typically will bring their favourite dishes along. Multiple courses are enjoyed over a long afternoon, leisurely savouring appetisers and side dishes while sipping tasty wines, before embarking on the main course.

The open kitchen affords diners a dynamic view of the vigorous action around the stunning cast iron charcoal grill specially customised from Russia. Almost all the ingredients, and not just meat, fish and seafood, are cooked with this cast iron charcoal grill.

Griglia serves antipasti, artisanal salumi, main courses, sides, cheeses and desserts, and carries an extensive range of more than 100 wines from different regions, with up to 85% from Italy. Cocktails focus on different flavours of Negroni, Spritz and Gin & Tonic. Traditional Italian digestives, such as limoncello, amaro and grappa are also served.

Eggplant ($15.00++) A lighter rendition of the Neapolitan parmigiana, this vegetarian antipasti presents tangy and succulent layers of grilled eggplants, tomato and basil.

Burratina ($16.00++) A modern take on the traditional Neapolitan appetiser, the thinly sliced Zucchini is marinated with olive oil, mint and garlic, then served on the thin and crispy tart with fresh burratina and garnished with herbs and olive oil.

Hiika Squid ($18.00++) An interpretation of the way Italians combine different appetisers on a plate, the calamari is smoked, and the light nduja foam deepens the savouriness of the dish.

Hokkaido Scallops crudo ($22.00++) A grigliata classic of seafood, corn and lemon. A perfect balance of sweetness from the caramelisation of the corn and briny tang from the scallops.

Spaghetti di Martino ($18.00++) Celebrating the simplicity of Italian cuisine, the star of this dish is Datterino tomatoes brined in sea water to maintain the freshness of the produce.

House-Made Pappardelle ($20.00++) A soulful plate filled with deep flavours of tender pork jowl that has been cooked over long hours in a rich Chianti reduction.

Open Fire Grill highlights an irresistible selection of beef, lamb, pork and fish. Aged beef and brined pork are used for its deep complex flavours to enhance the overall dining experience.
