firm texture, and the broth brings an umami punch.
Long Bamboo Rainbow Chirashi; Sushi Rice is topped with a melody of bluefin tuna, Japanese red sea bream, yellowtail, salmon, egg, black flying fish roe & salmon roe. A great option for sharing.
Ikura Beef Steak Don; Tender succulent slices of Premium beef steak which comes with yakiniku sauce, poached egg, salmon roe rice bowl and serve with miso soup.
