Ushers in the Year of the Tiger at Yàn with a bounteous spread of festive delights for dine-in and takeaway. Enjoy specially curated a la carte dishes and six sumptuous set menus for celebrations at the restaurant.

Signature Roast Crispy Suckling Pig 片皮乳猪 available for Dine-in $330++ / Part of Set Menu E -served with Fermented Bean Curd Sauce / Takeaway $328+. Crispy skin is served with house-made pancake, plum sauce, cucumber stick, and spring onions.

Abalone & Salmon with Gold Foil Lo Hei in ‘Shun De’ Style 順德金箔鱼生捞起 available for Dine-in only. A la carte Medium: $92++ / Large: $138++ / Part of Set Menu E. A Shunde-style yusheng of crispy fried vermicelli, shredded purple and yellow sweet potatoes, shredded kailan leaves, shredded fried pickled ginger, sliced red and green capsicums, fresh ginger, pickled Japanese radish, cucumber, sesame, peanuts, youtiao. Topped with gold flakes. Served with slices of fresh salmon and braised abalone. Dressed with soy sauce, lime juice, sliced lemon leaves and peanut oil. Orders should be placed one day in advance.

Roasted Duck Marinated with Mandarin Peel Sauce 新会橙皮烧鸭 available for both Dine-in & Takeaway. Roast duck served with Xin Hui Mandarin peel sauce.

Yàn Harvest Pen Cai 招财进宝盆菜 Dine-in & Takeaway Medium (5 pax): $325 / Large (10 pax): $650. A festive dish with 18 ingredients: 6 Head Whole Abalone, Sea Cucumber, Live Prawn, Whole Conpoy, Collagen-Rich Pork Tendons, King Grouper Fillet, Scallops, Roast Pork, Soya Chicken, Roast Duck, Black Mushroom, Yam, Lotus Root, Tianjin Cabbage, Beancurd Skin, Sea Moss, Ginkgo, Broccoli Served in braised duck gravy.
