Abalone & Salmon with Gold Foil Lo Hei in ‘Shun De’ Style 順德金箔鱼生捞起 available for Dine-in only. A la carte Medium: $92++ / Large: $138++ / Part of Set Menu E. A Shunde-style yusheng of crispy fried vermicelli, shredded purple and yellow sweet potatoes, shredded kailan leaves, shredded fried pickled ginger, sliced red and green capsicums, fresh ginger, pickled Japanese radish, cucumber, sesame, peanuts, youtiao. Topped with gold flakes. Served with slices of fresh salmon and braised abalone. Dressed with soy sauce, lime juice, sliced lemon leaves and peanut oil. Orders should be placed one day in advance.
