Shunde-style highlighted by a lower ratio of salad to raw fish serving, this
unique Yu Sheng depicts maximal indulgence in every slice of premium Halibut
Sashimi.

For group reunion, Madame Fan’s six exquisite private dining
rooms and a VIP dining room offers the perfect setting for hosting your reunion
celebrations. There would be two seatings available on Lunar New Year Eve, 31
January 2022 (Seating One: 5.30pm to 7.30pm, Seating Two: 8pm to 10.30pm)
Takeaway Exclusive
Making its debut this year is the Trio of Happiness Poon
Choy ($368nett Regular, $428nett Large), available exclusively for takeaway and
delivery. Chef Yit took a progressive spin to this communal-style festive
casserole hot pot with three distinctive flavours – Classic Abalone Sauce for
the traditionalist, Spicy Szechuan Sauce for the adventurous and an East meet
West Truffle Sauce for the modern maestro. Every Poon Choy boasts an
amalgamation of luxuriant ingredients including Abalone, Spiky Sea Cucumber,
Tiger Prawns, Hokkaido Scallop, Fish Maw; meaty delights such as Roasted Duck
and Poached Chicken.
