a punchy Laksa, this delicate & balanced broth with wild caught crab is a
great cure for hangovers. Founded in 1952, this Singapore Laksa has won
multiple awards & is currently served only in Roketto Niseko, Hokkaido.
Chicken Barley Risotto Roll (2 pieces $14++/4 pieces $25++) Everybody
loves chicken rice, a classic Singaporean dish where everyone knows. Using
barley instead of rice, a healthier option, so you won't feel guilty after
eating it.
Barramundi Ceviche ($19++) Using Fresh Kuhlbara's Barramundi
based in Singapore and elevating it into a ceviche dish. Tossed with fresh
