7 Japanese Specialities from 4 Prefectures (Aomori, Akita, Miyagi and Iwate) of the Tōhoku Region., the menu features items with ingredients from Japan such as pounded rice sticks in Kiritanpo Nabe and rice crackers in Senbei Jiru. Unique way to consume noodles with Morioka Reimen, whereby watermelon is mixed with the chilled noodles for a refreshing taste
