 The Nest’s 6-course Lunar New Year Set Menu starts with a tossing of the Prosperity Yu Sheng with king salmon slices and crispy fish skin crisps. Steamed Chilean Seabass and succulent Mongolian Pork Ribs headline the meal. The meal is completed with a refreshing serving of Double Boiled Bird’s Nest with Chilled Japanese Pear. Additionally, diners will receive complimentary festive goodie bags worth $30 for every 2 set menus ordered.
