Sunrise Bistro & Bar is located at the Big Splash @ East Coast Park specialises in serving French Cuisine with an Asian twist. French Cuisine does not mean that it got to be fine dining. There is neither dress code nor fine dining etiquette. Executive Chef and Owner Vincent Teng highlight that he wish to present causal French fare at a more affordable price in a comfortable and causal ambience. Every Friday and Saturday, you can expect a live band performing in the evening that you can drink, dine and enjoy the live band till late night.
