Shang Social (香聚
)is Shangri-La Group’s first venture in standalone dining establishment outside of a
hotel setting. Shang Social offers an extensive menu conceptualized by three
master chefs from Shangri-La.
Shang Social Peking Duck (Half) ⾹聚北京烤鸭 (半只)which
includes Pancake (10-pieces), Spring Onion, Cucumber, and Duck Sauce
Eight Treasures Tofu Pudding (八面玲珑豆腐花) Delicate bean curd topped
with eight savoury condiments drizzled with their housemade soy sauce.
Kurobuta Pork & Truffle Xiao Long Bao 黑豚松露小笼包 Hand-rolled
dumpling filled with Kurobuta pork in a rich and thick truffle broth, topped
with black fish roe.
Signature Pan-Fried Pork Bun (生煎包) A huaiyang classic, this recipe
is created by Chef Hou from Jiangnan Wok at Shangri-La Nanjing. Handmade in
small batches, the pork bun are available in limited quantities of 50pcs daily.
