In
Sept 2021, they have launched a brand-new Omakase menu featuring fresh, seasonal
ingredients air-flown from Japan.
The 8-course menu is available for lunch at $88.00++/pax while
the 10-course menu is available for dinner at $128.00++/pax. You can expect
fresh and quality produce from Japan such as Wagyu beef A4 and A5. This place is perfect if you are looking for a romantic date or any special celebration as you will be seated in their private rooms for a more intimate dining experience
Omakase menu will be based on chef’s daily selection and
seasonal specialties. These are what I had for my 8-course lunch menu:
AMUSE-BOUCHE: Hokkaido, Wagyu Bacon, Ponzu Soy Sauce, Cress

ZENSAI: Sakoshi Oysters, Smoked Oil, Ikura, Cress
SASHIMI MORIAWASE: Japanese Bluefin Akami Tuna, Seasonal

AGEMONO: A5 Tochigi Ribeye, Apple Yuzu Cream Fraiche, Soy
Sauce, Marinated Onsen Egg Yolk
SUSHI MORIAWAASE: A4 Miyazaki, Seasonal Fish
YAKIMONO: A5 Kagoshima Striploin, Shishito Japanese Green

OUSI MONO: Tsukune Chef Homemade Chicken Meatball, Yuzu Kawa,

Tajimaya Yakiniku also had a wide selection of Sake and
Shochu. You can also opt to add on sake pairing for 3 glass/pax at only
$24.00++.
