I don't know if there is any other restaurant in Singapore that you can get at such price with serving portion up to 4 person. If you equal it out, a bowl like this cost only S$3.50.

Stir-fried Fresh Scallop with Egg White S$16

Don't expect a big and fat scallop. The taste of the egg white is quite mild but the mango topping blend in well.

Wok-fried De-Shelled Prawn with Salted Egg York S$16

Expect it to be heavily coated with Salted Egg York but was disappointed that I tasted a thick layer of flour than salted egg york.

Deep-fried Beancurd Topped with Conpoy & Mushroom S$8

TSI Signature Chilli Crab S$24

As everyone knows that Singapore is famous for Chilli crab. This is not one of the best but what to expect for this portion of crab that cost only S$24? Zhi Char price in restaurant with nice presentation.

Braised Bee Hoon with Crab Soup in Claypot S$24

Personally find that this is the most worthy dish to order in the menu. Two fresh Crabs with estimate 350-400gm with the mouthwatering concentrated essence of crabs soup is exceptionally savoury.

Look at the amount of crabs you got for S$24!

Braised Whole Abalone with Chef''s Special Sauce (8 headed) S$5 per piece!

To be frank, I don't know if I can even get it at this price if I were to buy a can of Abalone at the supermarket. Yet, you can find it at this price in a restaurant!

Braised Lobster with Superior Broth S$24

Very disappointed with this although it cost only S$24 for a bowl of Lobster like this. I think they fried the lobster and the meat is too tough. I don't know what superior broth. I only taste starch.
