Too bad that they limit only one serving per diner, Otherwise, I would have ordered several bowls of this! Personally, I love truffle and first time i saw it in Braised bird nest. Must try.
Roasted pork belly with five spice and sea salt
Golden ‘mantou’ stuffed with chilli crab meat
Usually, you will see Mantou used to dip with Chill Crab. The chef creatively stuffed the chilli crab meat in the mantou and fried it.. Must try. But sad to say again that this is one serving per diner only.
