Tiffin Room of Raffles Hotel Singapore will be launching the Flavours of Rajasthan special menu available exclusively
from 13 to 27 Jan 2022!
Drawing on award-winning Chef Kuldeep Negi’s personal
travels to Rajasthan, this limited-time menu is crafted from simple ingredients
such as milk, yogurt, lentils, and chickpeas, yet elevated by a cooking style
that imparts beautiful smoky notes and lashings of spice for a combination of
robust and unforgettable flavours.

The Flavours of Rajasthan Menu will be available for lunch
and dinner in both non-vegetarian (S$88++ per guest) and vegetarian (S$78++ per
guest) options.
