BreadTalk’s 2021 Yuletide Collection

BreadTalk’s yuletide collection will be available from now till 26 December 2021, at all BreadTalk and Bread Society outlets island-wide (except Singapore Cruise Centre), and online on GrabFood, FoodPanda, Deliveroo, as well as their E-Store, www.breadtalk.com.sg/shop.

 
O Christmas Tree 圣诞树 ($5.80) pillowy-soft brioche buns stuffed with strawberry and blueberry fruit jam respectively, are put together to form a Christmas tree.

Dark Forest Hut 黑森林圣诞屋 ($48.80 per cakes, $6.20 per slice) The base is a classic dark forest cake comprising chocolate hazelnut cream and dark sweet cherries coated in dark chocolate mousse sandwiched between two layers of chocolate chiffon and to fashion a roof for the hut, a layer of finger sponge cake is draped over vanilla white chocolate cream and more chocolate chiffon. The house then gets a fresh coat of chocolate ganache with white cream decorations, a dust of snow powder, homemade gingerbread windows and doors, white and strawberry-striped chocolate pieces, as well as fresh red currants for the final flourish.
