Dining Concept opened this month located at KINEX. A mod-Japanese restaurant serving
Izakaya food with inventive twists, Omakase and reliable Japanese cuisine.
Private Rooms are available with min spending per person.
Uni Ikura Tart ($22.00++/pc) stars ambrosial sea urchin;
hickory-smoked to accentuate the sweetness of the uni, matched with briny
salmon roe and fragrant truffle cream in a delicate shortcrust pastry shell.
Maguro Tataki Salad ($28.00++) thick akami tuna slices on a
crisp mesclun mix with Japanese seaweed tossed in a refreshing wasabi yuzu
dressing.

Shiromi Truffle ($30.00++) – pristine sea bream sashimi imported
from Toyosu seasoned with shio kombu (salted kelp) and aromatic truffle
oil-scented caviar– purple shiso flowers and gold dust provide the luxe finishing
touch.

Charcoal Chicken ($16.00++) a smouldering gold-dusted
charcoal powder-battered juicy chicken thigh that is marinated with ginger
juice, served with Japanese mayonnaise.

Tofu Nuggets ($12.00++) a mixture of house-made tofu, almond
meal and shredded potatoes shaped into bite-size pieces and pan-fried till
golden brown

Tsukune ($5.20++) Binchotan-grilled home-made minced chicken
meatballs with finely-chopped chicken soft bone, shiitake mushrooms and onions.

From the Omakase Menu feature the Miyazaki A4 Wagyu Cha Zuke.
Umeshu Jelly ($8.00++) made with Japanese plum liquor and
wholesome wolfberries.
