Celebrate Mother's Day with Royal Pavilion @ Park Regis Hotel

A Cantonese concept modern restaurant located at the Park Regis Hotel with a 5 minute walk from the Clarke Quay MRT station. 

7 private rooms, nice ambience suitable for family gathering, business meeting and private function.

Dim Sum Chef, Chen Man Wing has created seven new dim sum for this year Mother's Day while Executive Chef, Kee Siau Chuang has three other traditional Cantonese dishes added to the menu.

Baked Chicken Pie in Black Truffle Oil.
I don't often see Truffle oil used in Chinese Cuisine. I am so excited to see this in the menu and it did not disappoint me. Truffle oil really blend well with the Baked Chicken Pie and it's highly recommend for Truffle lovers. 

Baked Swiss BBQ Snow Buns.
Love the sweet coating layer, soft and puffy bun filled with generous BBQ pork.

Steamed Spicy Dried Shrimps, Minced Pork and Eggplant Dumplings

Yes, its Jumbo size Xiao Long Bao with Foie Gras! Remember to get ready the bowl and spoon. Very thin dumpling skin filled with soup. You can imagine how it will turn out if you don't handle it with care. 

Coral Clam with Asparagus in their special "Lao Gan Tie" Sauce (S$38++)

Royal Smoked Duck (S$68++ for a whole duck)
The skin is very crispy and the meat is very tender.

Cantonese Claypot Rice with Waxed Meat & Chinese Sausages (S$38++)
For those who likes the claypot crispy rice, you will certainly love this! You can even hear you neighbour chewing the rice. Oops.. 

Fish Shaped Panna Cotta in Mango Sago
Very beautifully presented. What a way to end the wonderful Mother's Day dinner.
