Pasta Fresca - Create Dream Recipes to Give Hope to Every Child that Dreams

It is an honored to be invited by Pasta Fresca Da Salvatore to take part in their cause to raise awareness for the learning disability called Dyslexia. In partnership with Saint Clare School for Special Education, Pasta Fresca Da Salvatore will be providing assistance to a student of the school who is a special needs child with financial difficulty. Throughout the year of 2017, Pasta Fresca Da Salvatore will be sponsoring a monthly allowance to be disbursed to the beneficiary and family.
 

To support this campaign, total 5 influencers will each co-create our dream dish with Pasta Fresca Da Salvatore’s Group Executive Chef, Angelo Sergio. As a seafood lover and pizza lover, we have co-created my dream pizza named "MightySeafood" which is available on the Influencers' Choice Menu as a menu-insert from 1st Nov to 31st Dec 2016.

The Union of Crabs and Lobsters Buffet @ ParkRoyal Kitchener

This year, it's back bigger and massive!
After 3 successful runs of the Battle of the Crab Buffet at the ParkRoyal on Kitchener Road, they are back this year to include at least 7 different varieties of Lobsters in the buffet known as The Union of Crabs and Lobster Buffet!
One of the highlight is Chef Low introduces the Steamed Live Boston Lobster in Chinese Wine. Yes, it's Live Boston Lobster cooked on the spot when you order it. It's awesomely fresh!
One of my favourite of the night is the Flame-grilled Lobster Mentaiko! Topped with Cheese with Mentaiko sauce which is so perfect. So lucky that this is served in buffet style that I can refill it several times without thinking of extra cost.
Some of the other's must try dishes includes the Lobster Noodle Soup, Baked Lobster with Okiami and Natto Sauce, Crustacean Paella, Cuban Lobster Stew, Lobster Wellington, Crab Roe Congee, Japanese Lobster Fried Rice, Stir-Fried Lobster in Fragrant Salt, Lobster Congress and Crustacean Congee!






OMG, with more than 12 varieties of Crabs and more than 7 varieties of Lobsters in the Dinner Buffet, it cost only $78/pax. For UOB, DBS/POSB, MayBank and HSBC card holders, it cost only $118++ for 2 pax. This means it cost less than $60++ to enjoy the unlimited Crabs & Lobsters Buffet! Available from 7 July 2016 onwards till 3 Sept 2016 from every Thursday to Saturday's dinner!
